This equipment is used for fully automatic cup-shaped mask production line (typical model such as N95 mask), the equipment is full roll feeding, multi-layer spunlace cloth, melt-blown cloth, non-woven fabric rolls are cut into hot press forming, melt blown cloth cold Compression molding, ultrasonic welding and fusion, and finally the mask is trimmed and formed, automatically attached to the foam, automatically hot pressed the nose strip, automatically welded by the ear band, and automatically printed out the finished product.
