The process flow is: 3-5 layers of material in a whole roll, machine-ultrasonic welding peripheral-rolling-cutting-breathing Valve hole--folding--station welding--rolling and cutting out the body--automatically turning the piece and conveying to the earband machine--welding left and right earbands--product output. This machine has a high degree of automation, touch-screen operation, and language support for Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese. Through PLC programming control, the mask can be embossed, folded in half, perforated, and trimmed at one time. The special manufacturing process, the texture is clear, and it is not deformed during production, which can greatly reduce material waste and can effectively ensure Mask quality. According to the different raw materials used, the masks produced can also meet different standards such as FFP1, FFP2, N95, etc. The earbands are elastic, making the wearer's ears comfortable, and the mask filter cloth layer filters well, which fits Asian faces. Suitable for high pollution industries such as construction and mining.

The size of the equipment is 5705mm x 2053mm, including the wire connection part and some external equipment. Each recommended working area is 38 square meters. According to different functions, if conditions permit, by ensuring 1m of space around the machine, passing of the machine installation space, working and packaging areas, it is convenient for equipment maintenance and operation ( See the figure below).
5.Equipment characteristics
This equipment is composed of material rack part, nose bridge part, external shaping, shape welding part, folding molding, external cutting part, back folding part, partition part, ear wire welding part, collecting part, and adopting auxiliary motor and ultrasonic welding technology.
1. Material rack: to ensure the tension of the raw materials, so that the raw materials will not wrinkle during use

7. Raw material recommendations
The existing KF94 mask product consists of 4 layers in total, the middle 2 layers are MB non-woven filter effect. The recommended width of the device is 240mm, and it can also provide a width of 260mm. Please refer to the raw material recommendation table below;

8, Matters needing attention
1. The main body of the equipment has a warranty period of 1 year, and the ultrasonic warranty period is 3 months.
2. We will ask customers to inspect before transporting this equipment. The inspection items include machine performance, smoothness, production capacity and yield. If the performance is required to be re-checked due to improper transportation or other human factors after delivery, the specific service amount will be specified in the consultation if the service can be provided for a fee.
3. Precautions when transporting the equipment: When transporting, please use a forklift or crane; when transporting, please be sure to fix it on the ground; when transporting, you must be especially careful to avoid damaging the wires or other parts. It can be transported directly by forklift or wheel. To prevent the four wheels at the bottom of the machine from being compressed for a long time, please move the machine to the designated position and fix the machine with food.
4. When connecting the power, please make sure that the main power circuit is correct before connecting.
5. Before setting or installing each component, please make sure to turn off the power switch or press the safety emergency switch.
6. After completing the settings of each part, make sure to tighten the bolts and nuts.
7. In an emergency or abnormal situation, you can stop the machine immediately by pressing the emergency switch to prevent operator safety and equipment damage.
8. Maintain the screw part of the machine by injecting lubricant.
9. The driving part of the machine should be lubricated regularly.
10. Use equipment according to equipment environment requirements.
9, Equipment use environment
1. Use the ambient temperature at room temperature.
2. The humidity requirement is 40%-80%, and constant temperature and humidity are required to prevent condensation.
3. Power requirements: 220V, 50Hz / 60Hz;
4. Voltage: ±5%. The ground wire must meet international requirements. In areas where the voltage amplitude is greater than or equal to 5%, an electronic voltage stabilizer must be installed.
5. There should be no strong electric signal near the equipment, and there should be no radio transmission station (or relay station) near the equipment.
6. Ground amplitude: within 50um; vibration acceleration: within 0.05g. There should be no equipment such as large presses in the vicinity of the installation, and the installation area should be free of smoke and dust, and avoid heavy metals and other grinding environments.
7. Compressed air pressure: 0.5-0.7Mpa.
8. In a specific environment, an anti-static floor should be installed to enhance the barrier.
10, Equipment maintenance
1. The equipment production workshop should always be kept clean and hygienic.
2. The exterior of the equipment should always be clean and kept clean.
3. Lubricant should be injected regularly into the operating part of the equipment.
4. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the equipment should be covered to prevent dust pollution.
5. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the main power supply must be cut off.
6. If the equipment is not used for a long time, please apply lubricant to prevent rust.
